Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and RTF88 ("Company", "we", "us"). This document governs your use of the website, services, games, betting, and all features provided through the RTF88 platform at rtf88.click.
By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or any button indicating acceptance, or by using any part of the RTF88 platform, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the RTF88 platform.
Current Version: These Terms & Conditions are the latest version and take effect from January 2026. RTF88 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified via in-platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
These Terms are to be read together with RTF88 Privacy Policy and RTF88 Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and RTF88.
Section 2
Member Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use RTF88's services, you must fully meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- You are 18 years and above at the time of registration and at any time while using the RTF88 platform.
- You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
- You register with personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date – your name, phone number, identification card number, and bank details.
- You do not have any other RTF88 account that is currently active or has been suspended. Each individual is only permitted to hold one RTF88 account.
- You are registering and using the platform in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes – not for professional or commercial purposes without written authorisation from RTF88.
- You have never been banned from using RTF88's services previously for any reason.
RTF88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If proof cannot be provided or there is an information discrepancy, your account may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved. Any winnings obtained during the suspension period may not be processed.

Registration & Account Management
Registering an RTF88 account is free and takes less than 60 seconds. The following terms apply to the management of your account:
Account Information
- Every member is responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and up to date at all times. Incorrect information may cause delays or failure in withdrawal processing.
- The name on your RTF88 account must match with the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals. Any mismatch may result in your withdrawal being rejected.
- An active Malaysian phone number is required for registration and two-factor authentication.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality your account password and login details.
- RTF88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Anyone who does so is attempting to defraud you – do not share that information.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to RTF88.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact RTF88 customer support immediately at support@rtf88.click.
One Account Per Person
RTF88 has a strict policy – each individual may only hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms. If RTF88 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.
Section 4
Deposit & Withdrawal

- Minimum deposit: RM 10 for all methods except VIP tables (RM 200).
- Credit time: Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. In rare cases, processing may take up to 10 minutes depending on the payment service provider.
- No deposit fees: RTF88 does not charge any processing fees on your deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond RTF88's control.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: RTF88 does not impose a minimum withdrawal amount.
- Processing time: Standard Member (2–4 hours), Silver Member (1–2 hours), Gold Member (30–60 minutes), VIP Elite Member (under 30 minutes).
- Identity verification: RTF88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC) for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 or in situations requiring further review for the security of your account.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in your own name.
Important: Before making your first withdrawal, ensure that the name on your RTF88 account matches exactly with the name on your receiving bank account or e-wallet. A name mismatch is the most common reason for withdrawal delays at RTF88.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
RTF88 bonuses and promotions are designed to deliver genuine added value to our members. However, all bonuses are subject to the following conditions to prevent misuse:
General Rollover Requirements
- Welcome Bonus: 5x rollover on the total bonus amount received. Example: A RM 100 bonus requires cumulative wagering of RM 500 before withdrawals are permitted.
- 5% Weekly Cashback: No rollover – credited directly to your withdrawable balance.
- Malaysia Badminton +15% Bonus: 3x rollover. Credited automatically once the match ends.
- Badminton Parlay Bonus +20%: 5x rollover. Applies to parlays of 5 selections and above.
General Bonus Terms
- Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only, for the lifetime of their account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
- RTF88 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any bonus if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- RTF88 reserves the right to amend promotion terms at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already received.
Two-way betting (arbitrage) or strategies clearly intended to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk are prohibited at RTF88. RTF88 reserves the right to forfeit bonus payouts and close accounts if such activity is detected.
Section 6
Sports Betting & e-Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all Sports Betting, including Malaysian Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports on the RTF88 platform:
Bet Confirmation
- A bet is only valid once confirmation is received by the RTF88 system. Clicking the "Confirm Bet" button does not guarantee acceptance — odds may change between the time of clicking and confirmation.
- RTF88 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data fault.
- Bets placed after the start of a match or event (except valid live betting markets) are automatically voided and the stake will be refunded.
Match Results
- All bets are settled based on official results as announced by the relevant sports governing body (BWF for badminton, FIFA/AFC for football, etc.).
- If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours, the bet remains valid. If more than 24 hours have elapsed, the bet will be fully voided.
- For matches that are fully cancelled, all bets are refunded in full to your RTF88 wallet.
- RTF88's decision is final in all matters relating to bet settlement, subject to the dispute procedures set out in Section 10.
Betting Limits
- Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and membership tier. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet.
- RTF88 reserves the right to set individual betting limits that differ from general limits, based on betting patterns or at management's discretion.
Section 7
Live & Digital Casino Games
The following additional rules apply to all casino games at RTF88, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Live Dealer games:
Game Fairness & Integrity
- All digital games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure every outcome is random and cannot be manipulated.
- Live Dealer games are streamed live from professional studios. All dealer actions are monitored by cameras and recorded for audit purposes.
- The use of any software or tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or against the RTF88 system is strictly prohibited.
Technical Disruption
- In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, RTF88 will use data recorded on the server to determine a fair outcome.
- If a result cannot be determined due to a disruption, all affected bets will be fully refunded to the respective members.
- RTF88 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
Card Counting
The use of external assistance software for card counting in Blackjack is strictly prohibited. Basic strategy that a player has independently learned and memorised is fully permitted and does not violate these Terms.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Account Closure by Member
You can close your RTF88 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by email at support@rtf88.click. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you once all wagering requirements have been met. The closure process typically takes 1–3 business days.
Suspension by RTF88
RTF88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
- Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
- Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit technical errors.
- Use of false personal information or assuming another person's identity.
- Activities related to money laundering or illegal financing.
- Accessing the platform from regions or devices detected as using a VPN to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions.
In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, all balances in the relevant account may be forfeited and related bets voided. RTF88 also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Section 9
Responsible Gaming
RTF88 takes our social responsibility seriously in ensuring this platform does not contribute to problem gambling among our Malaysian members. The following are RTF88's concrete commitments:
Self-Control Tools
- Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect within 24 hours and can be reduced immediately, but increases only take effect after a 7-day waiting period.
- Loss Limit: You can set a maximum amount you allow yourself to lose within a single session, per day, or per week.
- Self-Exclusion: The self-exclusion feature allows you to block access to your account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. This feature takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: If you require a permanent self-exclusion, please contact our support team. The account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

Dispute Resolution
RTF88 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and efficiently. If you are dissatisfied with any decision or action taken by RTF88, please follow the procedure below:
Step 1 – Contact Customer Support
Contact the RTF88 support team via live chat on the platform or by email at support@rtf88.click by clearly stating the details of your dispute. Please provide your account number, the date of the incident, and any relevant supporting evidence. Our team will provide an initial response within 24 hours.
Step 2 – Escalate to a Supervisor
If you are not satisfied with the response from first-level customer support, request an escalation to a supervisor or manager. Please provide your dispute ticket number for reference. A decision from the supervisor will be issued within 3 business days.
Step 3 – Final Decision
For disputes that cannot be resolved at the customer support level, RTF88 will refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority for independent review. The authority's decision is final and binding on both parties.
- All disputes must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the disputed incident.
- Disputes submitted after this period cannot be processed by RTF88.
- While a dispute is being resolved, RTF88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing on the relevant account.

In such cases, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded in full.
